Wes Foderingham - 9
Once again the SPFL's best 'keeper demonstrated his quality with a string of first class saves - especially late on where Aberdeen threw everything but the kitchen sink at the Rangers goal. Outstanding!
James Tavernier - 9 (Gersnet Man of the Match)
A goal, an assist and at least two goal saving challenge showed just how important the right back is to Rangers. A new contract surely has to be a priority!
David Bates - 7
Time after time against good teams the young Scotsman shows just how useful a defender he is. Kept Rooney quiet for the vast majority of the game and not many defenders can say that.
Russell Martin - 7
The recent loan capture from Norwich had a fine debut on the left side of defence. Organised his unit well and was also calm under pressure.
Declan John - 7
As good a defensive display as we've seen from the Welshman and also always eager to assist in attack as well.
Jason Holt - 9
The Rangers captain for the night led by example with a performance of grit, determination and no small amount of quality. Has really stepped up his game this season.
Sean Goss - 8
Another loan debutant the QPR midfielder ran the game for the first 80mins before tiring late on. Exactly the type of player we need to help unlock defences from deeper positions.
Daniel Candeias - 8
It's not always easy to appreciate just how much hard work the Portuguese winger puts into games. Has a fantastic attitude and continually creates good chances.
Josh Windass - 7
Always looked dangerous when breaking from deep and it was his run that yielded the crucial second goal.
Jamie Murphy - 7
Although he was perhaps on the fringes of the game at times, the Scotsman made clever runs and used the ball well. Will offer a much needed balance to the team.
Alfredo Morelos - 7
On another day the young Columbian could have had a hat-trick and his frustration was there to see when he came off. However, his opening goal was a vital one and a better consistency in front of goal will come.
Jason Cummings - 5
The loan signing from Notts Forest started brightly but didn't really feature as Aberdeen took control after the second goal. More to come I'm sure!
Andy Halliday - 5
The midfielder would have been delighted at the reception to his Ibrox return even if he wasn't really able to affect the game late on.
Fabio Cardoso - 5
With Danny Wilson set to leave the Portuguese defender might yet stay at the club. Only a few mins on the pitch last night though!
